I had the opportunity to shoot some twilight photos at this really cool place in Dana Point. It was a pretty rough week since I came down with the flu on Monday. Luckily this place helped me bounce out of it since it’s not everyday you get to shoot such a unique place like this. Have a look at some of the photos in the full post.

At the beginning of the year I was contacted by the company I use to send out my mass emails. They wanted to interview me and my business to get an insight as to what sets me apart from my competition and how I utilize their services. I got to do some aerials the other day for a great client of mine, Auction.com. I work with their luxury home division – helping with their photography needs. I got the call to shoot one of their new properties in Laguna Beach located on the coast. What’s really going to sell this place is the location. So I suggested maybe doing some aerial shots of the home would be a great asset in their marketing. I got the go ahead, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results – as were they! What should you do/needs to be done prior to putting your home on the market and photographing it? I’ve made a list of items that should be addressed before hand. Before each shoot I’ll be emailing this to new clients. This should hopefully aid in photographing your listing quicker and a faster sale for you, since it will be showing at its best! A win win for both parties.
