Most Realtors in todays marketplace still don’t use/understand the benefits of using a professional photographer to market their listings. A recent post by the Wall Street Journal and Redfin outline some of the key benefits of doing so. A few highlights are:
- Receive an average of 61% more views than their peers across all price tiers.
- Have a 47% higher asking price per square foot.
- Have an increased likelihood of selling for homes priced above $300,000.
