Hot off the press! Another awesome property from Mark Thoburn with Keller Williams Realty. I’ve done a few properties for Mark before and this was pretty much the same routine. Shot the interior and then came back for seconds to do some twilight shots of the exterior. This home photographed very well and it was quite the production. Owner, Realtor, Realtor’s assistant, stagger, and a few wild animals were all over the place. Managed to get some good shots though. A few more after the break!
Last week I was given the opportunity to re-shoot a few of Ken Ross’ listings on Beach Rd in Capistrano Beach. The homes were Amazing, to say the least. One was a newly constructed Contemporary home and the other was more Traditional. He expressed his concern about the issues he had with his previous photographer and was looking to get images that “popped”. He was very satisfied with the photos I produced. How do you think I measured up? More images after the break.
Earlier this week I shot this home in Laguna Niguel in the Kit Hill neighborhood. One of the many homes I have done for Mark Thoburn with Keller Williams Realty. He always has excellent material to put in front of my camera. A few more shots after the jump!
On location a few days ago with Kristine Tran with ESDI Inc at this beautiful home in Newport Coast. This home had its challenges, but in the end it was very rewarding to shoot. A few more shots after the break!
Yesterday we were on location with Elizabeth Coe with Keller Williams Realty in Laguna Woods. I had the opportunity to shoot one of only 30 Penthouse units in the entire community. Almost all of them are listed exclusively with Elizabeth. It was a great space to shoot and I had a lot of fun. More photos after the break!
A few shots from a home located in the Pinnacle tract in San Clemente with Morlene Atkinson from Coldwell Banker. View the photos in all their glory after the break.
Most Realtors in todays marketplace still don’t use/understand the benefits of using a professional photographer to market their listings. A recent post by the Wall Street Journal and Redfin outline some of the key benefits of doing so. A few highlights are:
- Receive an average of 61% more views than their peers across all price tiers.
- Have a 47% higher asking price per square foot.
- Have an increased likelihood of selling for homes priced above $300,000.
Be sure to head over and take a look at the articles for yourself to see all of the advantages of using a professional photographer in your marketing efforts!
