Hot off the press! Another awesome property from Mark Thoburn with Keller Williams Realty. I’ve done a few properties for Mark before and this was pretty much the same routine. Shot the interior and then came back for seconds to do some twilight shots of the exterior. This home photographed very well and it was quite the production. Owner, Realtor, Realtor’s assistant, stagger, and a few wild animals were all over the place. Managed to get some good shots though. A few more after the break!

Life on the Beach
Last week I was given the opportunity to re-shoot a few of Ken Ross’ listings on Beach Rd in Capistrano Beach. The homes were Amazing, to say the least. One was a newly constructed Contemporary home and the other was more Traditional. He expressed his concern about the issues he had with his previous photographer and was looking to get images that “popped”. He was very satisfied with the photos I produced. Day to Day; Laguna Woods Penthouse
Yesterday we were on location with Elizabeth Coe with Keller Williams Realty in Laguna Woods. I had the opportunity to shoot one of only 30 Penthouse units in the entire community. Almost all of them are listed exclusively with Elizabeth. It was a great space to shoot and I had a lot of fun. More photos after the break!
